Yes, reservations are required for both day care and boarding. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, but it is always best to book early!

Dogs that are boarded at Big Creek Boarding will be placed in comfortable indoor kennels and will experience multiple outdoor play sessions each day. Our kennels are equipped with dog doors for easy outdoor access. These play sessions can give your dog the ability to socialize (if you wish) with other dogs and get plenty of exercise while you are away.

We accept cash, check, and Venmo. All Venmo payments will results in a 3% finance charge. All returned checks will result in an additional $30.00.  Payment is due upon pickup of your pet. 

We understand things happen and life changes! We do offer cancellations and early pick-ups within the provisions below:

All cancellations received with less than a 48 hours notice will be charged the full fee of the reservation. 

Early pick-ups will be charged full cost for the scheduled boarding within 48 hours of your unscheduled return. 

We will offer flexibility when it comes to picking up your pet. Please contact us and we will work hard to accommodate your schedule.
